Last updated: December 2024

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dirony, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Dirony for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Service Description

Dirony is an AI-powered platform for creating and managing directory websites. We provide tools and services to help you build profitable directory businesses.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Success-Based Free Tier

Free tier users may build directories at no cost until they reach $500 in total revenue or 60 days, whichever comes first. Upon reaching either threshold, users must upgrade to a paid plan to maintain access and control.

12.6 Revival Rights

Users may reclaim preserved directories at any time by upgrading to a paid plan. Historical preservation revenue is not refunded to the user. Future revenue follows the selected plan's revenue-sharing terms (80-95% to user, 5-20% to Dirony).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Preserved directories may continue operating under Dirony management even after account termination.
